Our International Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you may return it as follows:
Return must be pre-authorized by the customer service group which can be reached at 1-800-258-3313.
Products returned in their original unopened package within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or company credit. Defective product provided at least 75% remains may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or company credit only. Clearance items are not returnable.
Note that shipping charges are non refundable unless we made a shipping error. You are responsible for shipping charges on return items. Return process:
1. Contact us at 1-800-258-3313 for a return authorization.
2. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the return authorization number noted.
3. Send your return to:

Returns will be credited to your credit card on credit card purchases. Refunds for COD orders will be by check. Returns will normally be processed within 2 weeks of receipt. Thank you for your business.
