SPCA of Tampa Bay holds its 19th annual Pet Walk

On Saturday, October 24th, 2009, people and paws hit the trail for the 19th annual Pet Walk benefiting the homeless, abused and unwanted animals at the SPCA Tampa Bay. In addition to the one-mile walk along beautiful North Shore Park, the event featured an adoptable pet parade, a pet howl-o-ween costume contest, fly ball, K-9 obedience & agility demos, shopping, music and a food court with eats & treats for pets and their people!

It was a truly beautiful day with many happy 2 and 4 legged participants. Southpaw has given 50% of its sales that day to the SPCA.

All proceeds help the SPCA of Tampa Bay continue to provide adoption services, 24-hour emergency care for sick and injured animals, investigate suspected animal cruelty cases, educate the public on humane pet care and treatment, and much, much more!
